Hanger screw hex size and ....? (Warning Numpty Question)

Had 5-spot for 6 months now and always carry a spare hanger on rides, but I've just found that the keys (metric) on my multi-tool I carry don't fit the hex socket. I went out and bought an imperial/inch set of allen keys, but the set I've bought doesn't have one that fits. What A/F size allen key do I need to buy?

When I was cleaning the bike I noticed a couple of the black washers/seals in the links rotated when wiping with a rag. I had assumed these were supposed to be gripped to form a dirt seal? so checked the screws to see if they were loose, but they were nice and tight. Is it normal for these washers/seals to rotate.

I'm off to buy a torque wrench now to double check these.

    The hanger bolts are 2.5mm.

The black things are rubber o-rings. They are free to move and just keep the main crud off the pivot faces.

The fasterners are loctited in, so the torque will read far higher than the recommended level until they break loose. You really only use a torque wrench to reinstall the bolts.

    Good luck. Enjoy.
