    Grease Guns for Turners

Since we all have to grease our bikes, i thought a thread on quality grease guns would be appropriate.

I wanted to put in a good word for the folks down at Dualco. I ordered my gun and extended nozzle from them a week ago and just got it. They were real nice and the price was reasonable.

I opted for the gun that screws onto the tube instead of the gun with the steel resevoir underneath....cheaper by a few bucks. The extended nozzle is perfect for getting that zerk that's hidden by the rockers, you just put a bend in it with a pliers - real simple.

I know that you can get a grease gun in your LBS, but probably not the extended nozzle. Like I said, the folks at Dualco were very helpful and down to earth. See Tscheezy's maintainance website for their URL or do a search.

and i still can't stop staring at my bike..........

same gun I've been using for the past years and it indeed rocks. I have the one with the canister underneath, which I fill with Phil Wool grease, it has never failed me!

they do. When I first got my fun it had the super short nozzle. I then asked my bike shop to order the long one. I think BTI has them.
