What do you mean which one? There is only one current 34.9 clamp, bottom swing. M761.

Jenson has this XT Frnt Der in stock.......

SHIMANO XT M761 FRONT DERAILLEUR MTB $33.99

It's Bottom-swing (high clamp) design and will fit several diameters including 34.9.

"It's a snap to setup, too, with a multi-clamp band design that works for all three seat tube diameters, and a dual pull design that allows it to be used with either top or bottom cable routing"

    tscheezy,

You seem like you're in the know.....Re: XR rockers for the Burner. In your opinion, would one really notice the difference between the stock 3.6 and the new rockers w/4"? I just can't see really feeling .4" difference specially for a $165.

I personally wouldn't bother, but that is just me. Some people choose the Burner over the Spot because they "don't need so much bike" and "the Spot is too expensive" then some others fall all over themselves to get another fraction of an inch of travel for big coin. To each their own I guess. Some people say they notice the difference, some don't. There are some XCE owners which went the other way, replacing their 1.75" stroke Vanillas for 1.5" stroke shocks and said they didn't miss the travel. I think it is very individual. Not much of an answer, sorry.
