So that's some Australian alpine landscape. The seasons are just turning here. There was first snow that evening. We had a front hit us on the ride out. It was an easy ride to Cascade hut, from Dead Horse Gap near Thredbo for those that want to know. An up, down, up down to the hut and back over rough fire roads. HEAPS of water bars as reward for the climbs. Flux territory for sure.

Since I found my first Turner (the HL Flux in the shots) in late 2005. I now have a Spot - Frosty, my riding buddy - Engine just traded his Yeti 575 for a Spot, and John another riding pal got the TNT Flux in the shots above. There are not many Turners around these parts - but that is changing.

    See Ya.

Install new Magura Laurin 130AM's on my Spot tomorrow...

Coldass, I have been pretty quiet on these forums but as each day goes by I love my Flux more and more. Best bike I have owned by a country mile. With that I lurk this forum more regularly. My heart was gladdened (is that a word?) to see a Flux brother from down under. Loved the shots. If you like that riding the Victorian high plains around Falls Creek would be to your liking too. Anyway here is my HL Flux.
    Cheers

Hey yours (Flux) is like mines twin. There for some bad english. I love my Flux as well. It always brings a smile to my face to ride. More connected than any other bike I own. And I have a few. My Spot is stronger and I hammer it more, but the Flux climbs better and is lighter and it shows. Thanks for your post.

    Coldie.

Ditto! I miss my flux but retain visitation rights that I exercise now and then.
