    Final New Zealand photos.

I left NZ a couple of weeks ago and can't see myself going back for a couple of years at least. It's my last few months in Korea then Europe calls.

Here are a few pictures of the Craigeburn track. It was pretty cool.

(couldn't resist throwing in some house truck photos too)

That stuff is killer. I can't believe you are going to leave it behind for soggy old England.

The truck started off as a milk float but they ripped the back off and built the body with recycled oregan pine and rimu (nice native nz wood - also recycled). 6 months of camping out and mountain biking await them.

The UK and NZ are both beautiful but in very different ways. English riding is cool. I'm going to turn the Kona into a singlespeed and go play in the mud. As for the 5 Spot...hmmm, maybe keep it for Scotland or Spain.

    Aloha Duncan,

Totally enjoy your NZ pics. They continue to bring back great memories of the trip I took there. I keep telling myself I have to go back there. Some day, some day....

Those are some stellar shots Duncan. Beautiful country. The trip must have been fantastic.

You can keep it. We've got plenty more where they came from (if you're gonna drive a house truck you've got to have a cute kitten on the dashboard)

    Duncan,
Im sorry to see the last of your NZ pictures. Thanks for all the ones you have shared. The places have been awesome. They helped in the dark and dreary last few months here. However, they have made me want to do the exact opposite of you and leave Prague for somewhere in Asia Pacific / Australia / New Zealand. My company has offices in Hong Kong, lots in OZ and I think even one in Wellington.

I dont think I want to go through another winter here. Looks like Im gonna have to start looking for a way to transfer. Thanks again for all the pics

    Cheers
    Chris

Get a job in Wellington. It's got good riding and is close to the South Island.

    Cheers,

    Great shots!

I will get to NZ one day. Your truck looks seriously cool (nice Fat Chance jersey too).

Britain isn't so bad for riding:

Really beautiful pictures thanks Deano. You're in Buckinghamshire aren't you? I think I saw Derwant mentioned in some of the pictures. That's in the Lake District isn't it? I'm really looking forward to getting back to the UK for biking. I think the trails will generally be easier than Korean trials but the actual riders will be tougher. I've got to get into singlespeeds.

    Cheers.

buckinghamshire's not in the lakes mate, and deano's photo doesn't look like any part of buckinghamshire either. I'm off to do the NZ emigration test again...

The last shots were taken on the Wither hills behind my hometown. Not the most exciting tracks but good for a bit of climbing.
