    FD for 08 Flux

    Hi all,
I noticed that the 08 Flux' lower shock mount has been moved to the down tube. Does this mean that I can use a "low-band" front der? I'll be returning to the fold after a brief stint on a Racer X (great bike, btw) and I'd just like to transfer most parts to the Flux. Is it possible to use that type of FD or do I still need the "high-band" type?

Q: What front derailleur do I need for my Flux?

A: A 34.9mm Traditional down swing front derailleur with top-pull cable capabilities. A good example to this type of derailleur is the Shimano M971.

Sorry, I should have been more clear with my question - my bad.
Earlier Flux models simply wouldn't allow use of the low-band type because of the shock mount would get in the way of the clamp. It looks like the 08 model's seat tube is clear to accept the clamp of a low-band FD. I would just like to know if there will be any issues if I use the low-band type of FD.
    Thanks for the reply, though.
