    fashion tips needed

ok booies and gooieals. candycorn says all the top decorators suggest 2 complimenting colors (such as bronze anno and black) along with 1 bright splash of contrast (say... blue?) for the perfect statement. what ya think of this color combo? just dont hurt my feelings. im feelin very venerable today.

Blue works. It'll naturally match the endcaps/dials on the DHX, so it's the easy pick.

Or...you could get a Rocco (or Avy) and then go with red contrast.

What about silver? Are you ignoring that you'll have a least some silver on the bike? Does that count as a complementary color or accent color?

Edit: I just noticed that the new Rocco actually isn't red, but sort of copperish in color.

IIRC, I9's got some copper bits that would match. As seen here:

Whichever direction you decided to go, it doesn't change the fact that this thread is very ghey in a Fo-limp-wrist-izzle sort of way.

Or just use my theory... make sure there is a sufficient coating of dirt at all times so that no one can tell what color it is.

    Bring all that blue together...

To get the right amount of blue, the hubs are a start, but you need a blue accordian boot on a Gravity Dropper. Style and function.

i have to see that frame color better.....but my "other" bike works with the I9 copper wheels as might that one, though if you like blue that will work too and then silver as a third color to use. the copper I9 is awesome in person. my gheyness applied to this bike used blue and silver as well as you can see (only difference in bike now is a blue seatpost clamp)

yeah, blue will look good so go that route since you like it. though to not get the blue spokes is a bad idea, though silver spokes would look cool too. Black spokes wont be bad, just seems a shame is all when going with I9

CC - your original design choice in your first post looks like it will be a real winner. Going the Fo route as well, will definitely look as good (nice rig, Fo). I think you can go either way and you'll have a sexy looking bike.

I'm not givin no advice on color coordination, but black wheels would look hot with the black rear, what fork are you going with?

    Note to self,

discontinue opening threads created by Cactuscornhole or Hoshizzle. If I have to see that seat with the seat post mounted upside down again I'm going to puke

You said the frame was bronze with a black rear, changed? Forgot you mentioned it?
