    dw pivot shaft life?

Replacing the bushings on my well serviced 09 flux that had a replacement dw link and shafts. Sadly the shafts are worn through in the anodizing. How long should I expect them to last? I thought they would last ages or at least a couple of sets of bushes? I figure the bushes should be the items that wear out.

So I need more but last few emails to turner don't seem to have been picked up. I'll try again but if greg or dave see this can you pm me please.
Have now been riding and racing on my 1990 bonty race and my back is growing tired.....

    Cheers
    Alex

The replacement sets contain both shafts and bushings. My experience is that the shafts tend to wear faster than the bushes. By rotating them 180 degrees the shaft life can be prolonged, when that is done in time. I remember DT himself giving this tip in some other thread.
