    dhx air/klunk sound HELP!

    Hello all homers!
Mabye somebody can help me with this

I know that everybody is still trying to deal with TNT/HL stuff
but hopefully somebody has time to share and help.

I just build new 5spot with dhx air
i absolutely LOVE this bike and felt at home from the first second but
after 3 rides an lots of messing with the rear shock settings

There is still a problem that i cant set away.

the rebound seems to be very fast (eaven when the rebound is set to the slowest)
and when the shock is opening after compressed
theres a small klunk sound ???

Is this normal or should i really start to worry.

    i am 65kg
and athmo runnin 150 in the main
    90 in the boostvalve
    1turn in of bottomout
    and reboun full slow

Thank you very much of yor time!!!
    Love and Freedom.

90 in the boost valve is very low, even at your weight. Try upping that value to 120. It sounds like you have no rebound at all. The shock may be damaged or defective.

    Bad batch?

There's been a number of posts lately about 'bottoming' DHX's. I wonder if a bad batch got out? I've run mine all the way down to the minimum b/v (75psi) and sill didn't have any "klunks". (I'm close to 200#)
Or are these guys all doing 5' flat drops?

    Thanks for you thoughts!

I am gonna send it back
lets hope it will be back soon
cos this separational anxiety is killing me.

Looking my spot is nice but riding would be even nicer.

    Nice weekend to all homers!
    Love and Freedom.
