    I'd really like to see decal kits return in the solid black lettering as well as the reflective solid silver (very foil like), not neccessarily installed on frames but available as after-kits for refurbishing older frames.

    Bring back ISCG tabs

    Bring back ISCG tabs on the new RFX.

    Put cable routing under the top tube or down tube, something.

    Be sure to add cable guide for Gravity Dropper posts, sell all frames with a GD.

    Did anyone mention putting cable guides/ties on the seat tube by the taco to stop that annoying cable rub? Not on the top tube like the old RFX, but maybe higher so it'll work with the cable routing.

    I already sent this in an email to DT, but I figured I would also post it on here to see if it garnered any responses.

    My suggestions pertain to the Nitrous, as that is the only model I have ridden so far except for a short demo ride of a 5-spot while in Boulder this summer.

    Anyways, here they are:

    - Use the same tubing on the top tube as is used on the down tube, similar to Geoff's bike.

    - Perhaps put a taco on the L sizes underneath the top tube? (Once again, similar to Geoff's bike)

    I only really even noticed these things after riding Geoff Kabush's race bike from the past season, and it honestly seemed like they made a difference. His bike, although it is quite a bit larger than my Nitrous, felt a lot stiffer when under heavy pedaling loads. Not in terms of pedal bob, but in terms of BB flex.

    Also, Turner should include the orange-coloured Jagwire housing with every Nitrous purchase (providing the Nitrous is polished). That housing is so incredibly hot looking it should be illegal.

    Anyways, my 2 cents.

    So lets stick to clown stuff that is never going to be commercially viable. Stuff like:

    - Turners with 29” wheels;
    - Turners with lop-sided rear triangles;
    - XC bikes with 6” travel;
    - Turners without the Horst link;
    - Colour options other than black and polished.

    Thanks DT. It's rare isn't it that a mfg asks its customers directly what they want to see.

    Anyhoo, my 2c. Feel free to call me crazy! This is general of course but is based on what I read about people on the board, doing to their bikes, their requests, and what I see other high end mfgs doing.

    Okay, 2-5 years out:

    RFX/Pack - Beef up the bike to 7" of travel and I suppose call it either an RFX or a 7 Pack.

    Spot - change it out to a 6 Spot, with a new, shaped tubeset for strength while saving weight; (you probably won't need to gusset anymore if you use shaped tubing), higher bottom bracket height, a bit slacker seat tube, a tuned rocker that is smooth off the top and gets progressive into its travel. You can do away with the 5.5 Spot then.

    Flux - do away with it and look into licensing a really good VPP design like DW Link or other, if you can make that happen. 4" travel, I even thought of a name for it: the Turner Accelerator! It will provide wesome pedaling and , "pushes" you over square edge bumps (like what the Whyte designed for Marin, Rocky Mountains has in the ETSX line, etc), light enough for serious XC racing, yet strong enough for reasonable trail riding; steeper angles than the 6 Spot or RFX of course, lower bottom bracket.

    Nitrous - leave as is, maybe even try to lighten it more, using available mfg and material technology

    Few more things: Maybe think about offerring complete bikes as well as just frames?

    Thanks

    Some RFX mounting options?

    Ooooh, how's about a threaded nut welded on the top tube for Hopey Damper fixing rod compat? And another threaded braze-on (well, weld-on) on the seat tube and appropriat rear dropouts for a Brake Therapy floating brake system! And, rear maxle!

    RFX with:
    ISCG tabs
    Hopey Damper weld-on boss
    Floating Brake boss/dropout
    Maxle rear end
    Gravity Dropper cable guides

    Actually I'm one for leaving the cable routing as it is along the top tube.

    My O2 which has the routing under the top tube is a right pain as I can't mount my light battery in its design position (Light & Motion ARC Li-ion Ultra).

    Personally I'd like to see the rainbow stripes reappear on the head tube badge.

    This is why I ride a Turner. An owner who actually values our ideas. What a novel idea.

    My suggestion would be to have a HL rear triangle for sale. Just pay Specialized the money and give us the choice of TNT or HL.
