Of Barrels, base jumps, high dives, and zen...

Not much to say that isn't said in the vid.

New camera this AM means that I botched many shots in many ways, and constantly messed up focal lengths on the vids. I'll get better...

Big thanks to Los Sanchez for the guide service, terror, encouragement, and patience.

    Cheers,

    MC

The video quality is fine. Content-wise, one of the best I've seen in awhile. There were some VERY nice stills in the beginning and throughout the vid. Good job!!! Thanks for sharing!

    Nice Vid

Thanks for the Vid Mike, the ride was fun despite the busted hanger, see even a single speed can drop the BJ! Look forward to it again.

the vid isn't working, it says technical difficulties stand by? what site did you use to download and with what keywords as I'm excited to watch it, thanks. PS now I know why you guys took so long, Austin, Kevin, and I started up the zen at eleven fifteen and never saw you guys until we were half way up, then we saw y'all still over on the shore.

Why the change from vimeo? After watching your vimeo stuff I uploaded a video and I thought it was much better than youtube.

Do you like viddyou better than vimeo or were you just trying something new?
{Principal Skinner} Hmm. Whoever did this is in very deep trouble.
    {Martin} And a sloppy speller too. The preferred spelling of 'wiener' is w - i - e - n - e - r, although 'e - i' is an acceptable ethnic variant.

Good times MIke. That kind of play day was just what the Dr. ordered. The video angles on the BJ did it sufficient justice I think. I'm impressed as hell that you hit as many stunts as you did on that Lenz. I'm looking forward to Satruday. Let me know what the plan is when the day grows closer.

    MC,

Great vid. I love the three tries on the second step-up. Last time I was there I hit that too slow and slammed my bottom bracket into the edge of the landing rock. I fell backwards and the bike came with me. Second try I hit it too slow again and while I stayed upright I didn't have enough speed to carry me and ended up getting off the pedals to stay on the landing rock. You have to get some speed off that drop to make sure you carry through the step-up. It's more difficult/freakier than it looks.

It's always a good time riding in St. George.

Holy backhanded compliment Batman! Well played!

That's like telling someone that they're the tallest Mexican you know, or the most masculine gay guy, or...

BTW--you pedal that Highline uphill pretty well for a full-figured gal...
