Any Experience with 2010 or 2009 Fox Float Forks?

Anybody have any experience with 09 or 10' Fox Forks? Specifically I was looking at the Float 150 with QR15 axle. This would be replacing a 2004 Vanilla 125 RLC and be going on my 2004 5 Spot w/ Avy Chubie.

Reason for proposed change is to go with something more adjustable for my weight (143lb). I know its seems contradictory to go from coil to air for the avy rear shock but I've heard some say that the new floats are just as plush as the coils and infinitely more adjustable.

Picture of my ride attached below.

Don't buy into the hype. Every year someone is saying that the latest air is as good as a coil. You ought to get yourself something with a real throughaxle, 20mm. And stick with a coil.

The sicko bastard with a fluffy, shed-aholic dog. Trust me, I'm a professional. BTW, nice Spot, and a good 20mm TA fork will definitely be an upgrade. Mine is air, but the Pike does make a sweet upgrade to an old Vanilla. My Spot is an '04, and with a Pike at 140mm has a HA of about 68.2 degrees, and is much stiffer than anything else I have ridden. I have upgraded to the 5.5 rockers, and really like them. Subtle, but if you switch back to the 5.1 rockers you can immediately tell the difference. I am still using the Romic, with the maintenance performed by Romic in the last 6 months. Find a Rock Shox Pike or Revelation cheap on ebay (with 20mm TA), ride for a while, then PUSH it. Great looking bike, and I like the looks of your dog.
I once corrected DW about a bicycle related topic.
