Off as in it's off the screen and no more available. No matter, nobody makes em in 14s anyway.

it was the Sam Hill shoe for $57.
I got a pair the last time around and wore them for the first time a week ago. Wow, its remarkable how much grip they provide, almost too much.

They lose a lot of grip after a few weeks, to the point where it's perfect and not too sticky.

Same here, but I haven't ridden in mine yet. Feel super comfy however.

yep. that was the stuff. nailed a set myself due to all the good things you guys have said about them in the past. might be too sticky for me today but ill have them for tomorrow when my flats skills improve.

my new troy lee gear bag (screamin ebay deal) is gettin mighty full of cool new stuff on the cheap. now to find the usa dainese distributer to replace my 12 year old armor. the old stuff will go up on ebay as soon as the new stuff arrives.

I ordered a 10.5 near the end of the work day, zipped back home to double check to see if my old 510's were the same size. Nope!!! they were 11's!!!!

Dangit! - Luckily, I emailed Chainlove, and told them to hold the presses and they very quickly responded and cancelled my order.

I've ordered up several nice snags from those folks, and I'm starting to believe that their customer service is pretty snappy!

How do the the 510s run "sizewise"? Do they run big or small? I don't have a older pair to compare so I'm wondering about other's experience with that. (Just in case they come back up soon)

    Thanks!

    9.5s, 10.5s BAH!
I wonder if I can just buy a set of size 14 soles and a tube of Shoo Goo.

I normally wear an 11 in a skate shoe, and my Sam Hills are 10.5's, and seem to fit perfectly. My skate shoes feel a tad too roomy/big to bike in, I've tried in the past and didn't like the feel. I'd rather my bike shoes be a tighter fit, but not like a spd shoe tight fit. if that makes any sense at all....

I'd consider selling mine. I have a pair of the original Intense version. Mid height, charcoal, orange and blue. Size 9.5

They are a bit dirty but basically new and still in the box. I think I used them for 2 races.

if yer serious drop me a line. its not stinky, just used. the green lycra gladiator jacket has a small tear in the padding on the left shoulder blade area, another small tear at the right cuff and a crack in the right shoulder shell. i may have those bass ackwards. the leg armor in fully intact with no damage. got it in '97 and ive used it about a dozen times in dh and roughly 2 dozen times racin bmx. i wont be askin much.
