Sure, the frame alone is worth well over 2k.

That is a great deal. Turner's warranty is second to none so you have nothing to worry about. The spec seems pretty darn good as well.

For comparison, a barely used 2012 (medium in this case) with better components went for $2,600 back in Nov:

I was thinking the same thing, that's pretty funny.

I was holding out for a demo bike from the turner store. That way I could trade in my 2004 burner frame and get $600 for it. I think I'll wait. I just bought a 2003 Toyota Tacoma and did some mods to it already. While I can afford the bike I've been spending a lot of money lately. I'm just sorta comparison shopping for next fall.

For $3996 you could get a 2012 brand new direct from Turner.

Think it all depends on how you define "worth". To me "worth" is defined as what you can sell something for, and in this case this has been for sale for a while. I know because I have been watching this item. My thought is that it is priced a bit high for the current market. My guess is that if it were priced down say at $2,700.00 it would sell within a week or so. I would pull the trigger at that price.

That's a good way to look at it. Have you considered sending the seller a message and making an offer?

At $3000, the Turner is still worth it but cheaper is better!

At the prices being mentioned, why would anybody buy anything else but a spot! Some of those prices are crazy low.
