    2009 DW Flux: 2011 RockShox SID RLT Ti QR15 or 2011 Fox F120 RLC FIT QR15 ??

    Hi all, UK here;

    I'm looking to change the forks on my DW Flux. I'm currently running 2009 Fox F120 RL QR15's but I have plans for a 120mm hardtail (Pace RC104 or Pipedream Sirius Ti) so would upgrade my Flux to liberate the forks for the new build.

    Question is;
    2011 Fox F120 RLC FIT QR15 (665 with Rutland voucher)
    OR
    2011 RockShox SID RLT Ti QR15 (520 Evans).

    Anyone tried these? I was planning on Fox until the RockShox price made me question that discision.

    Bought SID RLT Ti QR15 in the end for 449 from On-One - excellent forks, much better than the 2009 Fox F120 RL they replaced.

    Sorry the post is a little late. They are both great forks. I ride an 08 Flux with a Pushed Fox F120 RLC and it is flawless, although I don't use all the travel. My LBS owner has the same fork with the FIT on his 2010 Turner and he says it is the only shock he hasn't felt a need to send to Push Industries to have it tuned.

    i had a pair of 2011 SID 120 RLT's specced for my 2010 Flux build but I dropped them in favour of a pair of 2011 Rev RLT's tuned down to 120mm travel and with a 20mm Maxle Lite... for the sake of a couple of hundred grams, i have gained super stiffness and big hit capability...

    Yes the works have been excellent, light & responsive. In fact I was so impressed & at a price of 450 new I bought a second pair for my Merlin XLM a month later.
