    = Casey no longer at Turner? =

    Did I hear someone say that Casey is no longer there? that would explain why I did not get a response to my last email.

    Don't fret, as they've been having some email and web server work/problems.

    Casey was great, but Turner's service is still top-notch. Before the web troubles, I got a response from Greg just as fast as Casey would respond.

    Go easy because no doubt Greg is probably swamped with overflow work and getting it done as quickly as possible.

    Be patient and throw them a call if you need to. Don't forget that many companies won't even bother responding to your email. Turner is about the customer service and that has not changed.
