What Trek to get for frame replacement

My 2008 Trek Top Fuel has a broken seat tube. Before I go to my LBS where I purchased the bike, I want to have an idea of which route I should go.
I was into racing hardcore when I bought the Top Fuel. Now I'm more laid back and just relish my trail time with the occasional endurance event, or sport race thrown in for motivation.
Since my model isn't sold anymore, what replacement frame should I choose if given a choice?

they may have some Top Fuel 8's available. If yours is not the newer style suspension, you could go that route. the abp/full floater is really nice. even on their "race" bikes.

if you get a fuel ex your going to have ot buy a longer travel fork. They are 130mm now. even the Top FUels are 100mm now.
