Does anyone have a phone number where I could actually speak to a person @ TREK Customer Service? The website is all 'leave feedback', but I can't find a phone number to get a human being on the phone. If someone's got it, just PM me if you don't want to share it with the masses.

Ps: The guys is Trek Warranty Dept. were cool, talked local trails with and hooked me up with a small suspension piece for my 2011 Scratch 9 for free.
