    Stache Closed Convert axle indexing?

Morning all- I just picked up my Stache 8 last night and took it for a quick ride. Love it! My question is this- can you index the rear QR somehow like you can on the Fox QR15 fork? When properly tensioned and closed, the QR hangs down between 6 and 7 o'clock, making it really vulnerable to branches and rocks. I could not see any other adjustments. Maybe a super thin shim on the brake side of the axle? At least this would tension it earlier so it pointed back at 3 or 4 o'clock.

Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.

Hex key on the lever side will snug up the tension. Had to tighten mine once as the axle rattled loose.

Step 1 - Tighten it down

Step 2 - Hex key in Drive Side to hold the axle in place

Step 3 - Hex key on brake side and loosen (keep the hex on the drive side still)

Step 4 - Rotate your lever to wherever you want it when the axle is tight (I set mine to the 1 o'clock position)

Step 5 - Tighten back down.

BTW - It's the same for other Trek axles as well.

I had the same issue the other day. Trek store said it happens frequently on these wheels. Check your QR's before each ride and pay attention while on the ride. Mine came loose while riding.
