need help with 2010 Trek Remedy 8 bearing

need help with 2010 Trek Remedy 8 bearing-bearing.jpg

as you can see from the picture, the bearing is shot.

i have yet to open the rest but i figure they'd all need to be replaced.

where can i get bearings for it and would i need some kind of bearing press tool?

    it's a 2010 remedy 8 frame.

I did mine last year. I just used my vice and some sockets. I followed a video that someone made, let me see if I can dig it up.

Also, I used the bearing sizes from the tech doc and ordered them online, I think from Tree Fort Bikes.
