fox high volume air sleeve on fuel EX?

looking for feedback on anyone who has changed the stock RP2 or RP23 air can for a high volume sleeve.

Right now I have the stock RP23 on a 2008 EX9, I weigh 165lbs, and I run about 105-110 psi in the shock. The sag is right on target, but I can't get the last 7-8mm of stroke. Is that due to a bottom out bumper? or the small air sleeve?

It looks like the 09' EX models have the high volume sleeve, so that tells me something...

I would also be interested in hearing the benefits of the larger canister. Is it more of a benefit for small, light riders or for heavy riders?
