Is this a crack in my Liquid Frame

The chain stays on the 2003 liquid are bonded rather than welded. Having a little clean today and noticed quite big gaps in the joints. Is this classed as normal or is it the start of thing to come?

Some piccies of my (Very loved) bike

The most obvious thing is that the paint has come away from the joint. However, as was pointed out by friend, it has happened at both ends of the chainstay and as such indicates that there is movement. This will result in failure at some stage which would be dangerous.

It may just that the paint didn't bond in the joint properly. If there is debonding more than likely it wouldn't be at both ends.
