Chain guide suggestions for fuel 29?

Considering adding a chain guide for my fuel 29. I am running 2x10. Suggestions? How much drag do they put on your drive terrain?

I have had a bottom bracket mounted box guide with a chain retention wheel and it didn't do much in terms of drag on a round pulley. It made some noise however but nothing too obnoxious.

I have heard the mrp and the e thirteen ones are well built for 2x10 but have no experience. I intend to get the e thirteen one as I like the gold hardware and they are the same price. I have seen a few mrp and others that are SRAM specific, and I haven't got a clue what that means but it has said not compatible with shimano cranksets. I'm not sure this applies to you, but it is worth keeping an eye on.
