    Big Sur with carbon stays???

Does anyone have one of these frames? If so, has the carbon been an issue in terms of durability? I'm guessing the ride is sweet with the jolt absorbing properties of these carbon stays, but I think I'm a little of afraid of them. I weigh 200 lbs and have the finesse of a bull elephant. Maybe I should look elsewhere?

200 lbs isn't heavy for a bike frame, IMO. I just saw the price of the Big Sur the other day, 1400. Seems like a pretty stellar deal for a light hardtail

I have an 06 Big Sur and I love it. I am not worried about the carbon stays. I have had some pretty good landings and they hold up. If they do crack, the fram has a lifetime warranty.
