The brown 69er in the first photos is the bike Travis Brown developed and rode in an xc race last month, from what I've read he did quite well and said the light weight of the ride was really cool combined with the big front wheel helps carry the speed better (especially w/a singlespeed). I believe these are coming in 07 and shouldn't be overly expensive. As for the Maverick Fork, I've read a lot of mixed reviews saying at low speed it's great but at higher speeds the damping all but goes away and it becomes more of a liability than anything.

It is going to be in the 2007 line-up.

DOES ANYONE KNOW THE PRICE?!?!? AHH its killing me. I want it to be my 16 year old birthday present to myself... but I just wish I knew how much it was.

probably either really high end and 1300 bucks or it might be reasonable at 999, then again they might have several flavors that will range in price. They should start at 799 and go up to 1200 in my opinion.
