    2006 Fuel EX 9 weight?

I'm considering buying a large Fuel EX 9 and had a few questions for some Fuel EX owners.
How much does it weigh? I plan to do some 6 hour races as well as local MTB races on it and would like it to not be too heavy. Is there any difference between the frame on the 8 vs the 9? I realize the 8 doesn't have the poplock remote, but is the rear triangle carbon on the 9? The website doesn't really say anything about it on there. I demoed the Fuel and liked the way it rides. The other bike I'm considering is a Gary Fisher ProCaliber.

My 2006 Ex9 in the 15.5 size was just under 27 pounds totally stock from the LBS. The only changes to date that I have made to the bike were the handgrips. I switched to the Ergon handgrips which make a huge difference for me. I am sure that added some grams to the bike.
