    05 Cake 3 DLX Shock

    I have upgraded everything on my Cake except the hadlebars, front derailleur and the rear shock. This weekend, however, I had some problems with my shock, which got me thinking that I should maybe ask about alternatives. Has anyone upgraded the Manitou 3-Way with any of the Fox shocks (or any other shocks). If so, can you please give me the specs on which shocks work well. I would also appreciate the stoke length and eye-to-eye measurement. Thanks for your help.

    You cannot go wrong with the Fox RP23. Lighter, more adjustable, and I feel better dampening.

    Length = 7.5"
    Stroke = 2.0"

    DOOO IT!!
