What ISCG 05 chain quide with SLX M665 dual on Covert 2010 ?

Posted that question on drivetrain forum, but would be willing to hear Transtion Covert user opinions here...
Built my Covert recently, use SLX M665 double ring crankset along with Blackspire Stinger chain guide. The setup turns to be incompatible because when installing everything as per manuf. specifications, the bolt heads of the small ring hit the flat bolt heads of the guide unless deliberately pulling the crank axis back by 3-4mm however that compromises the reliability of the installation (the crank axis must be fully pushed in).
The other Covert user on drivetrain forum confirmed that issue with the same setup on Covert.

So, I'd be happy to hear what ISCG05-compatible chain guide Covert users with SLX M665 dual ring...?

    Thanks

I wish I'd seen this before I bought my Stinger a couple of days ago.
Just tried fitting it now to discover they're incompatible - hence a visit here.

I thought it was maybe because the chainset is 10speed (triple - converted to double and bash) but obviously not.

The chainline is ok - 50mm. Even if the inner chainring bolts didn't foul the guard bolts the roller would still be 4mm out of line. It's the frame that is out.

I'll have to sell the Stinger second hand now.

I ran the e.13 DRS until recently switching to a single chain ring.
