Transition Scout vs SantaCruz 5010 v2

I am currently building a Transiotion Scout - had a hard time to make a choice not having the ability to test theese bikes. Have choosen the Scout mostly cause of delivery time (like ~1mounth vs 4-6 SC ).

On paper the bikes look really similar.
But I`d like to hear some feddback from people who have ridden both and can comment on the subject.

As loong as I understand the SC is significantly lighter and theoretically should be a better pedaller especially while sprinting (Linkge analisys doesn`t seem to prove that though). It is also a little shorter in the front center so should be a little more nimble feeling (which is not a good thing for everyone).

In terms of rigidy and durability those bikes should be somewhat comparable.

What is your opinion on how do theese two compare. Do I overlook something?

PS I have read every comparasion of theese bikes I could find, but the 5010v2 is quite new, so not many people testet it yet.

I've ridden both. Bought a 2016 Scout last fall but demo'd a 50101v2 out in California earlier this year while I was visiting my brother. Very comparable bikes, but I feel like the Scout is more stable in rough terrain. The 5101v2 climbed a little better, true, but not in any significant way. You will be very happy with the Scout.
