Super Deluxe on Patrol - max volume spacers?

Anyone know the max number of volume spacers that can be run in the Super Deluxe that comes stock on the 2017 Patrol?

A friend of mine who services shocks said he thinks it's three, but that it wasn't written in any specs from RS. I know you can run at least 3, which might be the right number for my weight and (lack of) style.

Stoked to be back on a Transition!

I ran 4 in the last ride I had. They all lined up and snapped in place.

I think it's 3. You may start cutting off travel using more.

Went back and checked. Came with 2 installed and 4 is MAX.

I cracked my open yesterday and added one, for three total. Just eyeballing it, 4 looks like it may limit travel, but I could be wrong.

They went to a new design this year. I bought them from Jensen I think. Come in packs of 3 for like $15+

I poked around a little after my post and couldn't find that info. Where did you?

Just based on where that bottom out washer and o-ring sit on mine, if that's bottom out, I'd be a little sketched about 4 unless is specifically stated somewhere.

You may not bottom out on the spacer but you might get pneumatic lock at a certain point.

I couldn't find any online. Had to drive down to a shop that has a fork/shop servicing department, they had a couple. Any shop should be able to order them (how old school...)

Just an FYI that I believe the new "Gnardog" volume spacer was designed to allow even more volume tuning without impacting travel, as the max spacers is now listed as "2 Standard Spacers and 1 Gnardog" and the Gnardog is listed as being 2.5 spacers.

So the equivalent of 4.5 spacers.

The Gnardog spacer is shaped to fit up into the top of the shock, leaving no crevice unfilled. You then stack additional spacers below that until you start pushing up the travel/stroke bumper.

Here's a youtube video that explains it and shows a DIY way of doing the same thing.
