So Where's the Trans AM 29er?
I miss my Trans AM. How 'bout a 29er version? Eh boys?

I was thinking that might be the next step as well. I'll keep my 26" TA for now, though.

Awesome!
When I heard rumors of a 29 Transition I was thinking a TA, I was really suprised it was a bandit.

That's the one thing I'd like different on my TA as well. Otherwise, that bike still rocks!

Yup, but thankfully I'm in the Midwest with little hills to bomb. The seat stays up about 90% of the time.

Is it safe to assume that the frame will be steel and weigh the same?

I have to say that I have not been a proponent of the 29" wheel on anything, but after thinking on it a TransAM 29er that I could run the new fox 34 and a dropper post on would be a bike I'd be interested in trying.

Yup, I've been toying with building up a 29er for next season, either the new TransAM 29er or Canfield Yelli Screamy.

+1 Euro, I was looking at those two bikes also. Here in MO it's more xc than am but still like the idea of having a rockin' 29r to take any where. I really really want a TA but might hold and wait to for the their 29r. I'm considering the Spec 29r EVO ht but really want to try a steel frame. Plus you don't see any Canfields or Trans in Missouri.
