    Patrol CCDB AIR CS

    Hello!

How would you say a CCDB air cs would function in a Patrol 2015? Better or worse than the Monarch?

    Thanks.

I just recently tried this on my patrol.... I felt the monarch felt alot better... Just couldnt get the ccdb air cs to perform well.... And i loved the ccdb air on my old bike

Why? Did you find any base tune settings for the ccdb?

With allt he bands installed as recommended..... Tried multiple settings.... The thing just couldn't rebound fast enough for my liking i had to keep jacking the pressure higher then i wanted and it sacrificed small bump... And vise versa... Im not a fan of the monarch either but it was a better choice in my eyes.... Its soon to have a x2 on it.. see how that pans out

I run an Inline on my Patrol with all the bands installed and it feels amazing. It was recommended to me by one of the engineers instead of the DBair. For me, I like it because I can get it to ramp up real good at the end and maintain a really nice feel throughout the travel. No issues with my shock either.

I've got the DB coil IL on my suppressor with a nukeproof SLS spring and its amazing, better than the piece of **** monarch that it came with.

Did anyone notice how the DB base tune says to use 30mm of sag compared to the 22mm suggested by Transition?
I wonder how off the CC suggested base tune is if their sag recommendation is that incorrect.
I'm trying to set up the bike at the moment (new build) and the CC app doesn't even allow for a DB air choice for the Patrol.
