    Crash Replacement Program

So I crashed my TR250 and bent the rear triangle. I know Transition doesn't have any responsibility to help me with my problem, but I sent them an e-mail about the crash replacement program and got quoted $400 for a new triangle. I don't have any experience with buying new frame pieces and was hoping someone could let me know whether or not this was reasonable.

Considering the frame retails for $2500, $400 for the rear triangle sounds reasonable. Bummer and glad you re ok.

I just replaced the read triangle on my Norco Range. It was $375 and then the hanger was another $20 so $400 for your triangle doesn't sound bad. Bummer it happened, hope you're okay!
