    Covert shock?'s

OK, so I know the CCDB is a great shock but it is spendy... Wondering if anyone has ridden the new Manitou Swinger Expert?

Seems like a good shock on paper, but has anyone any real world experience with it? Or am I better waiting for a 2nd hand CCDB to come along...

I haven't tried the Manitou but I'm on my 4th shock now (rp23, monarch plus, ccdb, and monarch plus again) and the monarch is a fantastic compromise between dh performance, trail handling (good pedal platform) and weight.

I suppose the other option (and cheapest!) would be to send the RP23 to TF Tuned and get it pushed...

CCDB is circ 480 and I can get the manitou for 269, hence the asking- plus it seems to be well featured. I'll enquire at the shop tomorrow when I collect my Covert...
