    Found a Bandit 29er XL...

After crunching the no.s against my current steed they're pretty similar...

Real world of course is a different story.

Does a 181cm rider have any business on an XL Bandit 29er?

I can't demo the bike... is there another ride that could allow me to do a comparison?

I'm about 6 ft, maybe 6'1/2", which comes out to 183-184 cm and I'm riding a large which fits me pretty well. I have a 33" pants inseam.
    Saddle up, Effendi. We ride.

I'm 180cm and find my L to be a good fit. I imagine the XL could fit OK if you're more about the climbing than the descending and you run a short stem without too wider bars. Depends a lot on riding style IMO.

Seller says he has a friend same height as me that rides his bike sometimes (but with a 40mm stem). So, I've purchased bike. Yup, I've got it more for its climbing abilities and straight line momentum/speed. I'll use my Process 134 L, for getting rowdy ^^

TB29 fits very nicely (w/ 40mm stem). In fact I think 'L' would've felt cramped. Wheelbase on TB is only 14mm longer than my 650b AM steed.
