    Make sure you budget for lots of split rail fencing for crowd control and to keep people from entering high speed downhill routes in the wrong spot.

    Also when you come up with committee for the bike park it might be a good idea to fly out to Boise to chat with the people who built the bike park here and also to learn about our mistakes. Since the scales of the project seem fairly similar.
