My Yeti 303RDH requires white lithium grease for its rail system, so I picked up a tube of that recently. But I've been using Phil Wood grease forever on my bike for almost all threads and anywhere there is metal to metal contact. So my question is, what's the difference between the two? What applications are either designed for? Just curious.
You can use the white lithium anywhere you've used Phil's in the past. Although I would recommend anti-seize any time you're bolting dissimilar metals together, which is fairly common on bicycles.
