What is the proper torque for Carbon?

I just bought Easton monkey lite XC carbon bars and just wanted to know what to torque them at? I could not find it on the instructions. 5nm?

It wouldn't be in your handlebar's instructions but rather in the stem's instructions. From Easton's handlebar installation instructions: Torque the stem handlebar clamp bolts as specified by the stem manufacturer.
