    Shock Pump

Just bought a used Giant Yukon FX 2010 with Giant Air shock and Rock Shox Dart 2 fork. Great bike! I really don't want to have to go to the shop every time I want to pump up or let air out of my shock. Do you guys have any suggestions for a good reliable durable shock pump?

I'm using a topeak pocket shock DXG and have been super happy with it so far.

the attachment has a 'lockout' so you can close it off when you reach your desired PSI and no air escapes when you remove it from the valve. The gauge seems relatively accurate as well, i've pumped my fork and shock to the values listed on my fitting sheet and the bike is at the proper sag.

2nd the pocket shock, it's a solid product. If you want to get a nicer pump, you can buy something from SKS, as long as reading bar instead of PSI doesn't freak you out.

I've used the Fox pump, the Manitou pump and the Sette pump. The Sette is my favorite, and coincidentally it's also the cheapest. Super easy to use, very well built and lots of nice features. Highly recommended at $25.

The more I use them, the more I like Sette products. They are hard to beat for the home user, especially for the price.

I like this pump because it uses a 2-step no leak chuck and they used to be under $20. Very convenient in filling low volume chambers like an IFP.

Overall I prefer the old skool 'long' pumps rather than the shorter folding pumps out now. They pump higher volumes at higher pressures. really any pump will work
