I made one for $6.50 using a bike holder from Home Depot, a $.50 piece of lumber, and some spare bolts laying around. Cut it out to be able to clamp in a vise. By putting on a corner of my workbench I can spin the cranks, move around the bike pretty easily, and/or hang wheels from either hook for tubeless setup. I've used it for three years now and it works well.
