Lezyne multi-tools with Mavic spoke wrench

I picked up one of the Lezyne multi-tools with the the mavic spoke tool on the chain breaker. The spoke tool doesn't seem to fit around the nipple. I didn't think Mavic nipples have changed in the last few years. Have they gotten smaller? I'm running ST's
I email Lezyne and I get a response of; sorry thats strange, I don't know, mavic must have changed their specs.
    Sheesh.
At least they responded right? As unhelpful as it was.

Which wheelset do you have? I know my Crosstrails have a different spoke nipple than the Crossmax wheels.

    Crossmax ST.
Are the nipples smaller in diameter on your Crosstrails than your Crossmax's?

I think the crosstrails are bigger, but I'm not sure about that. I'm just going by this info from the parktool website:
