    Lezyne micro pump - sticking?

I am using a Lezyne micro pump and it has been working fantastically until recently.
It now show a lot of "stiction" while pumping, the plunger moving not smoothly but rather "stuttering" in and out. Seems to be a wear related issue, but I can't figure out what it is, there seem to be no parts inside that seem damaged...
The only thing I realized is that there is quite a bit of rubber wear on the O-ring on the plunger, and rubber residue on the inside of the barrel. Should I clean it or would that make things worse? Or replace the O-ring with a new one?

Anybody got some idea how to fix this?

PS: other than that, the pump is still "pumping" fine...

You can lubricate the o-ring with a few drops of Triflow, and see if that fixes things, otherwise a rebuild is in order.
