how to put a M950 BB back together?

I have a Shimano XTR M950 bottom bracket on one of my bikes. I just overhauled it, and I broke the cardinal rule of knowing exactly how something like that goes back together. When I reinstall it on the bike the axle binds up. I think I have a dust seal in the wrong place or something. Does anyone know where I can find a breakdown diagram or something to show me how it goes back together?

Dude, you rule! I owe you!

I still can't see where the loose rubber dust boot came from, must have come off one of the other pieces.

Those serviceable bb's from shimano will also bind if the shell isn't faced. My wife had a DA bottom bracket in a cannondale that felt like it had square bearings until I pulled it apart and faced the shell. After that it was as the Japanese intended.
