    New question here. How do you take apart the end caps on a HOPE pro-II rear hub

    Actually is a 170mm rear for a fatbike but I'm pretty sure they work just the same.

    Ps: Yes I did look around to find the answer first..

    They should just pull out from what I remember.....they can be tricky sometimes, I used an adjustable pair of pliers & wiggle pull wiggle pull wiggle pull...

    Thanks for your input, I just used a vise with soft jaws like they sugest in the video and they came right out, basically I was hoping my 170mm had provisions to run "Fun bolts" but sadly it does not..

    Not sure about the 170mm bits for Hopes, but fun bolts will need a threaded axle. Maybe email Hope and see if they do a threaded axle for the fat bike hub?
