Home Shoptalk: where to store small tools

Where do you guys store small tools that don't have a way to hang on a pegboard? I've got a few part-specific tools (little wrenches, torx keys, etc.) as well as some accessories (tire pressure gauge, tape measure, etc.) that just sit on a shelf. I'm low on shelf space and could use some alternatives.
I live with fear and danger every day. And on the weekends she lets me go mountain biking.

I've got a drawer in my toolbox specifically for bike tools I rarely use, but don't want to part with just yet.

Toolbox. That's what it's for, after all.

I got a few of the magnetic strips and have them on my pegboard. They are very nice for the small stuff.

Another vote for using a toolbox. All of my tools are in a toolbox, so I might be a little biased.

I have a 3 tier tackle box tray that I mounted to the wall with a couple lengths of 2x4 for extra support. It was from an old tackle box and the arms that connected the tray to the box had long since been broken. It works really well for small tools, bolts, nuts etc.

I use something like this in a bench drawer, but you could just leave it on a bench too.

I have one of those big tool chest things that has maybe 10 drawers or so and a flip up lid on the top, great for storing just about everything. it's about as tall as a man. then I have smaller mechanic toolset i bought from craftsman that has a cutout for all the sockets and whatnot and i keep that on the workbench.
