cheap cordless Rotory tool (dremil type tool)

just got an e-mail with 20% of on this thing...

    Duratool 9.6V Cordless Rotary Tool Kit | 22-13790 (2213790) | Duratool

    E-mail code is "EMD343"

not going to say it'll be great but for 20 bucks it's gunna cut cables and housings and such for the average home owner/mechanic type stuff.

My actual cordless Dremil has actually been kinda a pain (hold pin sheared off, speed control broke, other odds and ends issues over the last few yrs with it) so it's time for a new one...

anyway, it's cheap.. don't get me wrong, but the case and tools and the unit for $20.. I went for it,.. thought I'd share for someone who just needs it for the occasional little thing here and there.

OK, have had this thing like a week now and have used it twice,... so far, performance is damn near that of my MUCH pricier Dremil

The case and bits are worth the $$$ even at the current price (think it's like 25 bucks right now) almost thinking of getting another just for an extra battery and bits...

couple weeks with it and I'll do a full out review

I've had issues with the "EZ" type cutoff wheels on my Dremil, the "EZ" part would seperate from the wheel. I used to use the Dremil for cables/housing but recently got an inexpensive Pedro's cable cutter and it works quite nice.
