Thank you Shiggy! Awesome job at keeping folks informed. You are installing a glimmer of hope to those Titus owners who once believed the brand is dead. I may keep my bike around after all.

Shiggy, any idea when the inventory will be completed so they can start shipping out warranty parts. I have filled out the form and sent it in, sorry if I'm a little impatient, but I'm getting desperate.

No word yet. The truck should have arrived in Oregon today.

    shiggy,
Not a rush on what I requested via the form, but can I expect a response in the near future?

    what do I need?

So what do I need for keeping my motolite running strong for many more years? How long will der. hangers be available, etc? Do I need to buy 2-3.

    Bearing kits?

Are there rear triangles (aluminum or carbon) for replacement?

    thanks!

Hangars can be had elsewhere, as are the bearings. IOW, they are generic parts, see other posts in Titus.

Starting on Monday we will be going through the warranty and parts request list.

Ben, the former Titus inventory/operations manager, is handling the procedure and will do his best to help people out.

All requests need to be made through our online form: https://titusbikes.wufoo.com/forms/t...es-and-repairs

No idea, geo. I am not at the same location as the parts.

Fill out the form to have Ben contact you. It is the only way we can keep track of the requests.

Sorry Geo, but I have the very last one on my Super Moto. Although, before I was laid off back in June there was an old aluminum Racer X stay that was a 12mm thru-axle kicking around the shop. Super old part and probably a pet project for CC.

    Mutherf*cker!

Jeff, it is official, you are now on my $%&# list. Sending waves of discomfort your way.

Hopefully the "new" Titus will treat their customers better.

I just recieved a call from a gentleman named Dan from On One about my Titus warrenty problem. He is a very nice person, explaining what the procedure is with a warrenty claim. I was told that if i would pay the shipping, he would handle my warrenty problem and in about 1 week i would recieve my new part. Just to let you guys know, i was 6th on the list and placed my complaint the same day Shiggy posted the info. I hope On One has more people like Dan and Shiggy, because they will have alot more customers than Titus had. I will contune to buy there product because of the very good service they offer. Thank you On One and especially Dan.

I'm happy to report that Ben reached out to me today and will take care of my request as well. I hope this is a sign for how things will be in the future with Titus.

I am unhappy to report that Titus Jeff has yet to call me and offer to give me his Supermoto 12mm thru-axle seat stay.

    How quickly they forget

    [QUOTE=doralswheels
[I]October 2010-BikerBob got me my warrenty seat stay assy. for my FTM last week while he was on vacation, so that was very good service. Jason, keep up the great work. Thanks Bob.

December 2010 I hope On One has more people like Dan and Shiggy, because they will have alot more customers than Titus had. I will contune to buy there product because of the very good service they offer. Thank you On One and especially Dan.[

I thought customer service was pretty good over the years, especially in the difficult last couple months. I was able to take care of all my peeps with Jason's help.
I hope On One will continue to consider the importance of local dealers in customer service. During this transition period, I've been able to send out dozens of bearing kits and hangers to keep folks going.

Yep. Got my auto-reply..........................................and nothing else.

Expect nothing. All I wanted was some info on where I could get my cracked piece of $hit Fireline frame repaired. New owners are seemingly not willing to give me the contact details of the contractor that welded it up in the first place and certainly are not offering to replace it.

But they did give us a nice form........

    Thanks Guys.
