    Titus 20th Anniversary Weekend Midwest

2011 is the 20th anniversary of Titus Cycles.
Short notice, but we're holding the biggest Titus get together ever on the weekend of July 16 and 17.
My collection of new and demos to ride, plus all my nearby customers over the last decade all in one place.
And a swap meet to find yourself a Titus frame, complete bike, or parts, or unload your old one.

There's also an XC race on our home trail. Expect to see a bunch of Titus riders on the starting line and probably on the podium.
    http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=102175659871211

Prizes for everyone, especially winners in each category. Plus plenty of schwag from Michael at Titus in Portland and the guys at Lynskey.

The event takes place beside my shop at Hueston Woods State Park, College Corner, Ohio 45003. Free camping, barbecues, night rides, swimming under waterfalls, and beer runs to Miami University in Oxford (5 miles away)

Oh, and the Lynskey brand will be represented as well. Some Ridgelines/Pro 29 to check out, even buy.

    The Poster

    Every event needs a poster.
And the newly reborn 2012 Titus Riddler 29 will make its trail debut!

The Riddler has interchangable dropouts-geared or singlespeed.

Hot, but fun weekend here. Demos, camping, food, and a XC race won by Brent Mayer on his recently built X Carbon.

The yellow Mazda Protege 5 was the Mavic Neutral Car in the tour 7 or 8 years ago.

Any one of the bikes on it is worth more than the car, but I love that yellow.

I meant I want the car like this with the two bikes on it, of course.

So is Titus still selling through dealers?
Faster is not always better, but it's always more fun

We will work with your LBS but Titus is now consumer-direct.

We (Titus) have medium and large orange El Guapo's in stock.
    They are going quickly.
There are a couple of small brown El Guapo's as well.

Last I heard was 3 weeks ago from Michael at Titus headquarters in Portland (home of SAPA who builds the frames):
New Riddler prototype is being worked on right now. Shaving a TON of weight and tweaking the geometry so that it is going to be a HOT race bike.

    The Riddler?
The wife unit and myself (former employee) came up with that name for Titus/Tempe.
Submitted to C.C. and the rest is history!!!
Great ride (26er) if you were running V-brakes, a real seat stay snapper if running discs.

    Keep the rubber side down.
