Taking off rocker bolts on Carbon X

    Hi!
After my last X dying because of ceased bolts I want to take preemptive action on my new one. So my question....How do I open the funny shaped rocker bolts? They twist if turned by hand but don't come out. Is there a trick? The picture clarifies the bolt I'm talking about.

They are just held in by O-rings. Just take some channel locks or pliers and use a rag so the teeth of the tool dont gouge them, gently twist and pull and they will pop right out.
