The medium TT is 23" and the large is 23.75". That's effective TT measured from the horizontal (not always easy to do outside of CAD). I don't remember the ST lengths.

My 2004 TALAS frame (I don't know if that's from any help as they're actually different than the 2002's) is 23.25" Effective TT and 19.5" Center to Top Seat tube.

The Large for that year, indeed is 23.75"

Seat tube lenght I guess it came only in two sizes for all the range (19.5" and 20.25"), but I could be wrong.

Yes, the 2003 and later medium had a 1/4" longer top tube. I remember the top tube specs for that old medium quite well. You don't forget mistakes like that.
